Air Administrative Amendment (Change)
Air quality permits from the MPCA are required to operate certain existing air emission facilities and to begin construction on either new facilities or modifications to existing facilities.
Facilities must file an administrative amendment application for certain proposed changes or modifications that do not increase the potential to emit (PTE) of the pollutants for the facility beyond the threshold defined in the rules.

These are the types of administrative amendment online services for air individual permits:
Change Ownership/Facility Name/Owner or Operator Name Only — this allows name changes that will not affect emissions data or permit requirements for the facility.
Extension of Deadline Only — this allows for up to 120 days. If you want to extend a deadline by more than 120 days, you need to return to the previous screen and choose the "Other Administrative Amendment" option.
Other Administrative Amendments — this allows you to make other administrative changes listed in Minn. R. 7007.1400 that are not covered by the two previously listed administrative amendment online services.
Select your type of submittal and then click Continue to access the Administrative Changes page.Top

You must fill in all fields marked with an asterisk (*) before you can continue.

Changes will be made on the Contacts page after clicking the Continue button.
