Determining Your Fee

This page captures information to determine the required fee for your administrative amendment application.

It is mandatory to select a check box on the page before you can continue. You can only select one check box.

The fee for original applications or resubmitted applications (that were deemed incomplete) where there has been a change in scope is $285. There is no fee for a resubmittal for an application that was deemed incomplete and the scope is exactly the same as in the incomplete application.

Applications that are submitted without the required application fee will be returned.

The fee is not refundable, per Minn. R. 7002.0016, subp. 1. There may be additional fees assessed during processing of your request as required by Minn. R. ch. 7002.
