The Discharge Monitoring Report service is used to submit discharge monitoring report data and sample value data to the MPCA.

This page allows you to select the permit number for one of the facilities for which you have been authorized to submit Sample Values or a DMR. The permit number you select on this page will match the permit number that was listed on your Subscriber Agreement.
Clicking a permit number takes you to the next page in the process.

You may download one Sample Values Spreadsheet for the full permit cycle unless your permit is modified. If so, you must download a new Sample Values Spreadsheet

This page allows you to select your Sample Values or Operational spreadsheet for submission to the MPCA. Your spreadsheet values will be validated and submitted (if error free) to the MPCA.
TopThis page allows you to select your DMR spreadsheet file for submission to the MPCA. Your spreadsheet values will be validated and submitted (if error free) to the MPCA.
TopUse this option to enter all the DMR results that you want to submit online instead of using a DMR spreadsheet or to enter values that the DMR calculator did not supply.
Complete each open field with data. Click the No Discharge, No Flow, or No Materials Generated checkbox if you did not have a discharge, flow, or materials generated for this reporting period. The checkbox label will be different based on the type of monitoring station in which you are working.
Click the Next Station or Previous Station buttons to complete all stations. Click the Continue button when your DMR is complete.
Missing data may result in a violation of the terms of the permit. If there are extenuating circumstances, you should submit a memo containing an explanation as an attachment on the Attachments page.
