Viewing Data for a Service |
You can view a read-only version of the data for a service. Views are available to you in the following ways:
On the Certification—Electronic Signature page for the service, click the View icon. If you have uploaded an attachment, to view it, click the linked filename on the displayed page. (Note: For best results, save the attachment and then open it – do not open it directly.)
On the My Workspace page, in the My Services – In Progress section, click the View icon. Displayed is a partial view of data entered for the service. If you have uploaded an attachment, to view it, click the linked filename on the displayed page. (Note: For best results, save the attachment and then open it – do not open it directly.)
On the My Workspace page, in the My Services – Submitted section, click the Copy of Record icon. Displayed is a complete view (i.e., a copy of record) of data entered for the service.
Note: If your submitted service contains an attachment, clicking the Copy of Record icon will prompt you to open a .zip file that contains both the copy of record and the attachment(s). To view the copy of record, open the .zip file, and then open the file named Core-Service-SumbittalDisplay-CROMERR.pdf.
